Once you have pressed the order button and we have received your payment, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.
What if the clothing delivered does not meet the usual quality requirements?
Check the clothes carefully after receipt. If there are visible defects, we request that you inform us as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days after receipt. We will then ensure that you will receive new products. If there are hidden defects, you must inform us of this as soon as possible after discovery.
